Spring Clip '37 Ford

The width and depth of this clip is perfect for a standard spring. However if you add anything between the individual spring leafs (spring liner #910-33037 as an example) the standard 2"" clip is neither wide enough or deep enough to be used. I do not know whether a 2-1/4"" clip would work with a 2"" spring with the liner. I suspect it may be wide enough but not deep enough.

Spring

These are really nice but if they were a hair bigger they would be perfect. I have a small layer of powder coat and my springs and I had to do some bending and pounding to get them on.
