What a difference!

I have to wear Spenco Rx ThinSole because of a problem I have with my feet. Before I was told to use them, I could barely walk. Since walking them. I have notice a significant change in my walk pattern. Thanks Walmart for carrying these orthotic soles.

In-soles

I have planter fracitis and found the full in-sole supports bulky in my shoes. The Spenco 3/4 works very well in my shoes and sneakers. It even works well in shoes where the regular insole cannot be removed. I've had my 1st pair for about a month. I ordered my 2nd pair yesterday.

Plantar fasciitis relief

Works well for to relieve plantar fasciitis pain. Wear in short increments and build to full time. I use them in walking shoes, dress shoes and boots. Much less expensive than foot doctor orthotics.
