The product itself seems to get faulty and common problems include parachutes getting stuck and stops going up and down. However, I would like to commend the seller House of Holidays for a top notch customer service! My unit malfunctioned on Christmas eve. I contacted House of Holidays for a possible replacement, and a couple of days later I received such a nice surprise in my doorstep… a brand new Snowflake Paradrop!
