Romeo™ or Juliet™ Cu􀆩er ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY: Your Siser® Romeo™ or Juliet™ machine (the “Products”) are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship (the “Warranty”) for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date (“Warranty Period”) through an authorized distributor or retailer of Siser. In the event you allege that the Product does not meet the Warranty during the Warranty Period (“Non-Conforming Product”), you must notify Siser in writing immediately upon discovery of the alleged Non-Conforming Product. The notice must include details regarding the defect and supporting documentation. Additionally, Siser may request, and you must provide, evidence of the original purchase date of the Product in order to show that the Product is within the Warranty Period. In the event Siser agrees that the Product is Non-Conforming Product, Siser, at its op􀆟on will (1) repair the Product at no charge using new parts or parts that are functionally equivalent to new in performance, (2) exchange the Product with a functionally equivalent product that is new or equivalent to new in performance, or (3) work with your authorized distributor or retailer to assist in providing a refund of the original purchase price of the Product.
