Shameless

Chris Monaghan's debut CD, Shameless, recorded on Music Row in Nashville with well respected indie producer Kim Copeland, will not disappoint! From the first track, 'A Boy, A Dog, And An Old Guitar' to the final cut 'Other Side' you will find yourself getting lost in the lyrics and connecting to the music. 'It has a sound all of it's own, but if I have to label it, it is like John Mayer and Cold Play meet Springsteen.' noted Monaghan. The title track, Shameless has a rock anthem feel that delivers a strong message to never give up on what you want out of life. They are not just words to sing for Monaghan, but words to live by. He seems to regularly take the crowd by surprise with his skillful guitar playing, great original music and a true love for his craft. In 2013 Chris's song Shameless was selected as the official song of the Cal Ripken World Series held in Aberdeen, Maryland. It will be featured throughout the event which is televised nationwide on CBS Sports Network. Chris was also invited to play a post game two hour concert for the world wide event. Another venue Chris is proud to say he has played is the legendary Bluebird Café in Nashville. The Bluebird is where Garth Brooks, Taylor Swift and many others got their start. He performed as part of a writers show there. Chris is definitely an artist to keep on your radar! The musicians included on the CD are: Grammy award winner Glenn Duncan, James Mitchell, Derek Wells, Jim Hyatt, Wayne Killius, Paul Hollowell, Buddy Hyatt, Jim Hoke, and Joe Spivey . They have shared the stage or recorded with the likes of Vince Gill, Tim McGraw, Kenny Chesney, Faith Hill, Lady Antebellum and Kris Kristofferson to name just a few.
