The only chair I found that has vertically adjustable arm rests, essential if you want the chair to be able to slide under desk, at the highest chair height. With other chairs the fixed armrest height may prevent the chair from sliding under desk. It is also comfortable, with soft padded armrests. It is Serta branded which makes me think it is well-made. Time will tell.

The padding is so comfortable on the seat, the back, and the armrests. I really wanted a chair covered in fabric and this one is perfect. I like the gray color as it is not too light or too dark. The arm height is adjustable which is great. I am very happy with this and I think Serta did not disappoint.
