Bought a similar blind from amazon and the blind from Walmart is by far better quality. My only disappointment is that is does not come in 54" length, which is the size I need and you can not remove slats so have a large "wade" on the window sill.

Replacement blind - Antique white

Got the 29" width (for a 28.5" inside mount). Received all parts (brackets, etc are in a small cardboard box inside the main box). The 2" headrail fit perfectly into brackets previously installed. Just flipped up one bracket and slid it in. (The previous blind was a different brand, but the brackets were the same). The valance was easier to put on by putting the clips on it first and then onto the headrail. Color-wise, the "Antique White" is similar to "White", but very slightly yellower/creamier. Since my other blinds had yellowed with age, the Antique White matched better. The quality of this blind is great; highly recommend!
