I bought this thinking it was the light filtering version that I already have on my windows but it is actually the light blocking (my mistake) and now I'm struggling to find it in the rest of the sizes I need to convert my other windows to these. I have enjoyed the light filtering ones a lot but with cats they are a fool's errand. This type is very sturdy and looks very nice so I'm okay with giving up the filtered light thing. Two thumbs all the way up.
