Serta Claremont Ergonomic Office Chair with Back in Motion Technology, Black Bonded Leather

I had back surgery in 1993 and now have arthritis and a bone spur in my lumbar spine. I also have a job that requires me to sit at a computer for 8 hours a day. With a normal desk chair, I was having back pain every day. I was initially skeptical of this "Back-In-Motion" chair because the back is not adjustable, but because the lumbar cushion moves with the bottom seat, your back is always supported right where it needs to be. I'm also very tall and the seat has plenty of length to support my legs and plenty of cushion and angle so as not to cut off circulation after hours of sitting. The easy movement of the seat/lumbar cushion also promotes moving my back around in the seat just enough to keep from getting stiff. This chair has ended my daily back pain issues, and I'm grateful to WalMart for stocking it at a price that I could afford. Highly recommended!

Well designed. Movable lumbar support is helping my lower back problems. Great fit for a 6 foot, 190 lb person. With all that being said it still seems kind of pricey. That opinion may change when I see how well it holds up.
