The better you sit, the better you'll feel. Whether for work, play, or any other activity that has you sitting in our chairs, we believe comfort is everything. We know it's a big responsibility and take it seriously, just as we do with our mattresses. With over 15 years of making chairs and innovating with designs, materials, and technology, Serta® knows what it takes to give you a comfortable sit. There's no compromising sitting the right way with the Claremont Executive office chair. It comes with innovative ergonomics and a modern executive style with a mid-back design that looks good and feels even better. The Back-In-Motion™ lumbar and seat pivots together and follow your body movement whether you're leaning forward to get closer to your desk or returning back to a relaxed position. It accomodates active sitting and constantly supports your lower back as you shift and move in your seat. Time spent sitting at your desk doesn't have to feel like a never-ending grind. Deeply layered body pillows with ergonomic contours in the backrest and a thick, high-density seat cushion offer a plush and supportive feel. The padded and adjustable armrests support your shoulders and encourage proper posture. Upholstered in smooth bonded leather or soft woven fabric, this desk chair is available in 6 colors - Black, Gray, Brown, Ivory White, Light Gray, and Dark Gray - to complement your existing decor. The 360° swivel metal base on double-wheel casters glides smoothly across carpets or rugs, and can handle up to 275 lbs. Finding your ideal seated position is easy with the fingertip controls on each side for convenient height adjustment and tilt-lock to match your desk set-up. Note, the tilt only locks in 2 positions, upright or full tilt-back. The Serta® Claremont Executive chair will change the way you sit and work as it adapts to the way you move throughout the day.
