Works Great!

I take this to help with my thyroid. It keeps my selenium levels in range. My body does not absorb all seleniums but, it does this one. It is a little bitter so mix it with a drink or take it straight up under the tongue and hold for 30 seconds then have a chaser drink to take away the bitterness left behind.

I love it

Good quality , clean ingredients The package was delivered quickly. I like the size of the product. Very good choice if you have minerals deficiency. This supplement very good for kids, especially during sick symptoms. The taste is okay. Benefits: reduction in cancer risk, cardiovascular, Alzheimer's disease, thyroid disease, and beneficial effects on reproductive health and fertility

Best Selenium

I've been told I need to take selenium since our soil here in mid-Europe is scarce of it therefore vegetables contain pretty much zero Selenium. I've been looking for the best one and heard that the liquid one is better to digest and th effect last longer.
