Total Workout

The SPRI Exercise Resistance Band Kit offers a full home resistance workout. The kit has three levels of bands: light, medium and heavy (color coded). The instructions and demonstrations that come with this kit are clear, detailed, and so easy to follow. The resistance band exercises target every part of your body. The demonstrations show how to target each part of the body as well as how to affix the bands to the door. Once you affix them to the door, they stay put no matter how hard you pull. The non-slip handles are easy to grasp. You could use these at home, at work, or on vacation. They store in a convenient pouch.

Excellent!

I admit that a few months ago I was scared of these resistance bands. They looked dangerous even though I still wanted to try it. Well, I did get to try it and I love it. I find SPRI brand to be of good quality and great resistance. I am very satisfied with this brand.

Home gym

First and foremost, Do a warm up before your start and exercising. Comes with everything you need. Also includes a door anchoring that fits between door and door frame. So you can exercise in any room with a strong door. Instructions are very clear comes step by step with different positions. Great starting kit for your home gym.
