This was my first time owning a chocolate fountain. I would recommend to use it before to better prepared for your party. The chocolate took a little long to melt and flow through. The chocolate wasn't flowing smoothly like shown on the video. It was easy to use and disassemble for clean up.!

My daughter asked for this for a party we had for her. It was a smashing success at the party. Everyone loved it. It was easy to work - we had no problems at all. It was quiet and worked perfectly. We did order the Sephra chocolate to use - it worked well. I heated the chocolate in the crock pot - it heats quickly - stir often so it doesn't burn/clump. We would highly recommend!
