Just set this up on my new bike this morning. Everything went smoothly. I wish the pictures were a little brighter and clearer in the instructions, but with a bit of common sense, it wasn't difficult to set this up on my new bike. Package came simply wrapped in a heavy plastic bag. There is a pretty heavy scratch on the top that was probably caused during transit? But I'm not too fussed about it. I'm sure I will be beating it up fairly well with use. Looking forward to using it!

This bike rack is awesome! it takes a minute or two to set up.. It comes with rubber guards that allow you to tighten every clamp without damaging the paint job on your bike. Once assembled it is sturdy and durable. With it's adjustable arms it will fit any bike with ease. I am so happy with this product, which is not something I often say. I have returned more than a few products I have bought from Walmart because of their inferior quality. I tell you now, this product was well worth the purchase.

I am very happy with the bike cargo rack. It seems sturdy and was fairly easy to assemble. It probably took 20 minutes to install. All tools necessary for installation were included.
