Wrong size and bad packaging

broke during shipment and it was too small to even fit the picture I had even though I measured it correctly, also the plastic looked very dirty and yellow. Maybe next time instead of packaging it with plastic, maybe put it in a box and put fragile stickers on it to prevent it from breaking when shipping.
