Great investment.
I figured it was time to upgrade my slow cooker. Got tired of that heavy thing and trying to clean it all the time. Decided to give the Instant Pot version since my son loves his regular Instant Pot. Tried it yesterday for the first time with beef ribs and boy did they come out tender. Didn't burn and cooked them evenly. The meat fell off the bone and nothing really stuck to the pan. It was so easy to clean after.
