Fluke Remote Display Clamp Meter

it was a useful product and that is why i am writing about it

I love my Fluke 381 more than my own children (kidding, I don't have kids). I use it daily in my work on boats, both for AC and DC. I never doubt the readings, and the remote display makes me the coolest tech on the dock. It gets borrowed often because it's so awesome. I can clamp the starter or alternator in the engine room, and take the remote display to the helm (except on the REALLY big boats). What usually takes two technicians, I can accomplish myself with my Fluke 381. My Fluke should get it's own paycheck. My only complaint is I really wish the iFlex did DC amperage. And I wish it were a little smaller. Unlike some other reviewers, I must be lucky because I don't think the battery consumption is bad. I replace them maybe every 2 months, and I use it on a daily basis.
