I've been a diabetic for over 20 years and this Lansing device is economical last relatively long and is easy to use and seems to cause less pain than others I've used. Excellent source of supplies to manage diabetes

Been a Walmart client for several years and been purchasing the RELION needles, Blood Test Strips as well Blood Glucose Test meters. Walmart provides an inexpensive way to manage this disease that is costing our country over 150 billion annually (or more if you include other diseases or conditions that are exacerbated by this deadly disease. Not only are the products reliable (no pun intended) but shipment arrived on time. In addition, prior to using Walmart, I would spend a lot more money on these supplies and in my experience, Walmart's products are definitely worth it. Walmart, keep up the great work!
