Love this treadmill! The instructions are correct when they say "two" people to set it up. Definitely need two people. Easy to operate, good workout, and I love the two-speed fan that blow on you while you're working out! Heavy-duty equipment that reminds me of gym-quality.

So glad my wife wanted this Proform ZT6

My wife was wanting this Treadmill because it was getting too cool to walk around the neighborhood in the evenings. When we unloaded it, I was dreading trying to put this thing together, especially with how heavy it was. I couldn't believe it only took my wife and I an hour and half to assemble it and have it working without a problem. The treadmill is very sturdy and easy to use.
