This item, these knives are perfect for food preparation. An inexpensive solution. The color coded handles help. Coming out of the package brand new these are extremely sharp. This is the third time I've made this purchase. From a safety perspective prefer not to repeatedly hand clean. Having multiple pieces on hand allows me to reduce time spent cleaning in between food items being prepared.

Vost Effective Quality Knife Set

To be fair, I've only used these a couple times so far. I am impressed at the overall quality of the knives. The blades dont seem to wiggle at the handle and are very sharp! I really appreciate the blade covers and bright colors, will make them easy to find and the covers should help prevent those pesky accidental sticks! The cutting mats are small and fairly basic, still handy though! Flexible and just enouch space to quickly prep individual produce items, certainly a welcomed bonus to accompanie the knives. For the price this set is worth the money and perfect for a starter kitchen, RV, or if you're like me and aleays lose small kitchen gadgets this keeps the price reasonable while still providing a useful product.
