content summary "International law" can only deal with (rather than "solve") "international conflicts", but cannot integrate the global society - because the premise of international law is to recognize and respect the division of the global society. But the world today is not what it was four hundred years ago. The development of technology has greatly reduced the world into a "global village". In this village, there are more than 200 "sovereign countries" raising a group of servants who are attacking each other... The so-called international law is the surly logic used by these bandits who claim to be sovereign countries to maintain their arrogance.
