(Paperback)

Synopsis: Strictly speaking, "The Second Issue of Literary History of Chinese Civilization" can be counted from the Northern and Southern Dynasties and even the Wei and Jin Dynasties. Just as the third period of the literary history of Chinese civilization should start from the Republic of China. However, as the transition between the Han Dynasty and the Tang Dynasty, the Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties belonged to a relatively chaotic and vague intermediate zone, which can be regarded as the prologue of the Tang Dynasty and the end of the Han Dynasty. Therefore, in order to balance the length of the "Two Issues of Literary History of Chinese Civilization", I included it in the "First Issue of Literary History of Chinese Civilization".
