Item arrived promptly. It was so easy to set up. All I did was removed from box. Insert battery, go to the TV and push play. I guess I didn’t realize how slow my old remote was. It worked immediately with no set ups for channels. I’m 73 years old And know nothing technology so if I can do it, anyone can. Great product great price.
