Not what I ordered but was a substitute

The GE remote was a substitute for the name brand which was Roku remote. I wasn't sure if it was going to work, so I was a little anxious. To my surprise, it works better than the name brand Roku. The GE remote feels sturdy, hooks up automatically and was a little over a dollar cheaper. I would definitely recommend this remote.

I bought this for streaming movies and Weather4Us, not because it had batteries. You cannot rely on batteries installed from the manufacturer anyway, right? So plan on replacing them soon. It works as any generic remote control, buttons respond quickly, keys are firmly in place, and I like it.
