Anyone who grew up with the original Mr. Mike/Rockin' Robot might need to get used to the fact that this new release of the toy no longer functions as a cassette tape recorder, but it is otherwise an impressively faithful re-production of the original in terms of keeping the same classic design, with fun songs and colorful lights that I'm sure will entertain any of today's little ones just as much. A very unexpected but welcome nostalgic throwback from Playskool and Wal-Mart.

My four year old has had so much fun with this. Is it annoying, yes. But does it bring pure joy to my four year old, also yes lol. You can change it to so low and high pitch voices, it has several fun songs already on it. This could also be a really fun speech tool. I'm giving it 5 stars, bc I knew it was gonna be annoying lol. But I would definitely buy it again. 10/10.

Great Remake of this classic toy, i cant compare it to the original but this one is well built, light weight and works great. the Microphone head is small so kids under 3 years can stick it in there mouths if unsupervised
