I have had this same model for 2 years and it quit, service cannot fix - it is disposable but should have lasted 4 years. So I am purchasing. on line, the samae item I have and hope this one will last longer than 2 years. I had been told Canon discontinued this item, but online there were 4 retailers that offered it at the same price. I went to my Walmart to purcase it, but the first girl I asked didn't know what I was talking about - second one was great and helped me, but we could not find it. She looked it up and said it was only online .
