Scoop Women’s and Women’s Plus Off-the-Shoulder Smocked Ruffle Cotton Top, Sizes XS-4X

This is a lovely top for the summer. I have it in two colors and came back to get other colors. I was sad to see that it's sold out.. I will say that this top run s small. I see other people saying it runs true to size. I don't know. Maybe I just received to oddball size smalls I actually sized up to medium and then a large.. and with the white top, it was a little bit sheer. I wish they would've double lined it or just a little thicker in the front but it's just so lovely and feminine. You can wear it on your shoulders or off your shoulders, I would even consider going up to 2/3 sizez to an extra large when typically I'm a small or an extra small, I have a 34D chest.. I don't know. Maybe I'm bigger chested than the other women that that are saying it "runs true to size" I would say in the shoulders and the waist but in the bust, it's a tighter! Walmart please bring this back for next spring. And I don't care if I have to buy an extra large in order for it to fit properly.

These tops are amazing. They're gorgeous, feminine, 100% breathable cotton in very flattering colors. The flounce at the neckline is long enough no bra is needed. They have been lovely for many occasions: the beach, dinner, shopping. Extremely comfortable to wear and very flattering. Could have been an inch longer to sit over the waistband of high waisted shorts. I have a petite length torso and it was definitely still cropped. (Normally cropped tops are normal length on me.)
