I love that it has a tank for the clean water. I personally bleach mop my floors so I don't have any concerns about mold growing in the tank. The spin/pedal makes wringing the mop SO much easier and it has reduced the time it takes me to fully clean my floors.

Works exactly as expected if not better. Prefer this one over the regular one. Having the clean tank side is great. It was a little expensive and had to buy more mop heads. So it was an expense.
