This was made to diffuser to use it for when cooking with Tazeen Moroccan Tan diffuse the water so it doesn't break anyway it's a really good product. I just gotta use a low heat but very low but just medium high not medium medium high like 607 number six or seven or five even better.

I have tried so many other, more expensive products to curtail the burning on the bottom of my pots. Many people believe higher price, high performance. Not so!! I purchased the 2 pack. I used one the same day for a sauce that needed to simmer all day. I kept checking…..no burning. The handle was a perfect feature in that I was able to adjust the position without burning myself. Another good feature is the handle has a leather loop attached for hanging when not in use.
