Perfect flame diffuser

these are slightly smaller than what I was looking for, but they turned out to be a great size. I purchased two. They have a great finish and look good on the stove.We have an 8 burner Viking range that only has one size burner. It has been so frustrating. Couple that with propane gas and our flame/heat was always too high. These accomplish the job of diffusing the flame and allowing me to use small pans as well as keep the heat much lower. Highly recommend.

It’s a miracle! Now I can use my dual burner flame

I have an Italian range with a dual flame burner, with means it just burns everything! I was so disappointed when I got the stove! I love to cook things on low and simmer, was not able to until now! Just put it right on the grate and then your pot or pan, and it’s a miracle, you can simmer! With even heat distribution! I love it so much I am ordering another!
