Nicholson Plastic File Handle with Inserts, 4" Length

Will just barely fit a 12" file. Will only slip on about 5/8% of the tail length. The Nicholson black and grey handle kit Nicholson PN 21474HL with two inserts is useless. It is only for smaller 8"files and smaller triangular and round ones. The packaging information is incorrect.Why would anyone buy a file handle with two inserts when one with four is available for the same price makes no sense to me. The black and grey handled one just barely fits a ten inch file tail. Poor value rating is for the overinflated $14.65 price tag. A good value at the $4.00 list price though. You can find the Red Handle PN 21474 for around four bucks.
