I had to have transphenoidal sinus surgery in order to access my brain. I had to have a pituitary tumor removed. The recovery is long and pretty gross but this helped get the gunk out and get me back to breathing. After about two months I was able to smell and taste again a bit. I know it helped with this recovery tremendously through spring allergies as well.

This kit was recommended by my ENT Dr. It help greatly with congestion. It is for adults as you have to insert in your nose. The instructions are very clear.This works better than that $100 gadget, the navage,which was bought for me as a gift. It was a complete waste of money so don't believe the hype.
