Classic Live Neil Young - 1979. 16 songs. The old songs are great, with Neil at his best. My favorite song of his, After the Gold Rush, is here. Live is good when the audience is really into the music - and these folks are! A friend recommended Live Rust because there's a song on there that's only been recorded live once - Powderfinger." Weird name. Neil actually wrote it for Lynyrd Skynyrd to sing, but several of the group members were killed in a plane crash. He recorded it himself. It's about the Civil War... I didn't really like it, but mention it because it's rare Neil Young. However, I did love the rest of his live performance. P.S. Don't know why he put a photo of Jimi Hendrix on the back cover!
