I needed a box light for Seasonal Affective Disorder. I did some research and this was the best for the price. Using this and taking Vitamin D3 has brought me out of it. I sit in front of it for 15 minutes in the morning and evening. I have it up on my kitchen bar. I love the timer. Don't go another day without it. It sure helps.
