Spinach and Feta Pie

Buy this pie maker because it makes delicious pies and they are great for portion control. I just made Spinach and Feta pies after just receiving this great little appliance. I accurately followed the recipe that comes in the instruction booklet. Dash also has additional recipes on their web page. I rolled out the puff pastry until it was thin before cutting it with the enclosed cutter. I cooked each for 4 minutes. Since these were my first attempt at pie making, they don't look perfect, but practice makes perfect! I intend to get a lot of practice making sweet and savory pies.

Great Mimi Pie Maker

Delicious, easy to use! Try it with filo!! We enjoy gluten-free desserts. It would be great to have a gluten-free recipes link.

I am very pleased with the Dash pie maker. I already own a Dash egg cooker, that I cannot live without, and this pie maker lives up to my expectations. Until I can replace the old range that I inherited with the house, I can have fresh homemade fruit pies, quiches, meat pot pies in 10 minutes without the fear of burning in the oven. The only minor adjustment I made so far was not putting in as much pumpkin pie mix as the recipe book calls for. It overflowed and stuck to the top of the maker.
