Maxi-Lock Serger Thread is the best-selling and most highly regarded serger thread sold today. Retail stores and large serger manufacturers use Maxi-Lock Thread to test and demonstrate their sergers. Maxi-Lock Thread is soft yet strong enough to withstand the most extreme seam work. It feeds consistently off the cone through speed changes and tension adjustments. This 100% polyester thread is colorfast and recovers well after seams are stretched. Thread Uses The Maxi Lock All Purpose Serger Thread is great for a variety of projects. You can use this thread in garment construction, hemming applications, suit jackets, curtains, pillows, bedding, blankets, and table linens. Durability Maxi Lock is made of 100% polyester, has a TEX of 27, and provides excellent seam strength. It is both shrink and abrasion resistant, as well as mildew and UV light tolerant.
