Walmart sells used merchandise

I bought this for a gift as I already own and love it. Walmart had the cost marked up well above what I originally paid for mine, but it's a great game and I really wanted to gift it. This one showed up in used condition; box all damaged with tape everywhere trying to resecure it. As it's a gift, I don't want to open it to see what kind of condition the blocks on the inside are in, but I'm feeling like I will most likely have to as I don't want to gift something in such poor condition. Very disappointed. First purchase with Walmart and guaranteed to be my last.

The plastic is too light, it needs to be wood. Also, it is hard to see the numbers.
