Good value, will be using as a backup at church for ProPresenter if a person is unavailable. Range to the dongle is pretty good, but may not reach completely to the front of the church

Appears to be not a new item.

I was surprised to learn that the Logitech R500 that I received was not a new device. It was not described as an open box item or a refurbished item. Yet it arrived in a zip lock plastic bag with absolutely no printed matter(eg no identification of product name, no usage instructions, or anything about the unit). After searching the web to find the operating instructions, it does function well. Hopefully it will last.
