Life Light Up

As the award-winning CCM duo Watermark, Christy Nockels and her longtime collaborator/husband Nathan helped to spread the good word to an awfully big flock during the late-'90s praise & worship boom. On Life Light Up, the former Dove Award winner for Female Vocalist of the Year ditches her partner (figuratively) for the solo circuit, resulting in an elegant collection of polished, faith-based folk-pop that retains Watermark's country roots while introducing a more contemporary, radio-ready production style. ~ James Christopher Monger, All Music Guide
