Wonderful

Really helps my mood
Recently I read a book that talked about SAM-e, so I decided to try it. One thing I need to be aware of is the ingredients, as I have multiple food allergies and this Jarrow brand was the only one I could have. I have been on it for about a month and I can definitely tell a difference. It's a subtle, but noticeable, elevation in my mood. And the effect seems to be cumulative, as I experience fewer highs and lows in my overall mood. The book did mention that when you start SAM-e, you might notice a slight headache, which I did but it is gone now. It's nice to be more balanced, especially when life isn't!
