The ladder was really easy to assemble and the perfect size for our pool. Price was great too, cheaper from Walmart than anywhere else by at least $40. The only issue I could see is if smaller kids were using, they might need a hand going from the inner steps to the outer- the gap was fine for my 10 year old but harder for a 6 year old cousin.

Did not need the ladder. I had one in the storage when I went down to get something out of it. I saw the ladder for the pool so I apologize for all the hassle that we put you through and stuff like that for returning. I did not use it so we returned it back to Walmart And we're still waiting on a response
