Helps, so far time will tell

Strap Loosens Easily

The product was useful and does what it claimed to accomplish, except that the strap loosens easily when it should hold fast and firm. It becomes a little uncomfortable and inconvenient when I have to tighten it every so often. I ‘d prefer something that sticks and holds so I can forget about it and go about my business.

Disappointing

Disappointing. Not as I expected. It keeps hiking up in the back and riding too high. It was advertised as you could wear under "most clothing." I can't find anything except a sweatsuit to wear it under. Even then I would not go out in public though.
