Very simple and easy to use, especially with the instructions. The only thing I did not like was as soon as you put the testing sticks in each envelope the saliva would bleed right through the paper and you can't put that in the mail like that. I had to get my own envelopes and mark each one with each person's name as well as the reference number and date of birth. Other than that, it's a great kit.

It was a very easy process getting set up in their system to get the results once they tested. The swabs used to gather the saliva to get tested was easy when it comes to the adult being tested. You have to gather 4 different swabs from both people being tested. The rough part was doing the 4 swabs on a baby that likes to move alot. As you swab the inside of the mouth you would put all 4 in a separate envelope with the names of the individuals being tested. Advice - let them dry a bit before putting them in the envelope. When they are still quite wet - they make the envelope soggy. I was worried that the test would not work because of that. Test results came back fast. I mailed the envelope out on a Monday morning and received the test results on Friday. I would recommend this to anyone needing a Paternity test. The cost is reasonable also.
