First, there is A LOT to unpack-literally. Give yourself plenty of room and plenty of time. The assembly instructions were thorough and complete. After assembly, the bike works beautifully. We don't go on especially difficult rides as we do more casual rides and the trike handles very well and goes up hill (with assist) easily!! My wife (69 years young) has balance issues and she loves the stability the trike provides. The phone holder is a nice perk as well. I would recommend this trike for anyone, especially if you're older and or has balance issues. The trike is extremely easy and safe to ride.

I am very happy with the quality of the bike.

At first I thought I was going to be disappointed the shipping box came open. But everything was inside. I'm a big guy so I thought the battery drain was going to be excessive but it wasn't the case. I weigh 300 lb and took it for a 20 mile ride with pedal assist on 2 and lost 20% of the battery. The bike handled very well. The only thing is that I would agree with people. I am 5'10" and sometimes the bike feels bigger than what I should be riding. But the handling was excellent. No complaints. I'm looking forward to putting some serious mileage on this bike.
