I only paid $600 so I was concerned about what I was going to get. After having it for a week I feel I got a very good deal. The instructions need improvement but I still put it together without any problems. The bike is very solid and fits together easily. Also folds up nicely and fits in the patio corner taking up very little space. The ride is great and the acceleration is really smooth, nit jerky. I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.

To start, we received the bike about 1 week early! I got it put together and I couldn't find the battery. At first, I thought it fell out because the box was damaged in one corner during shipping (nothing else was damaged or seemed to be missing). I contacted Customer Support %26 through a few emails, I found out that the battery was pre-installed. During the first time that my kid (who is 25) rode the bike, the inner tube in the back tire popped and when I contacted Customer Support, they replaced it free of charge. I had some random questions and potential problems and each and every time, their Customer Support team was on top of things and so very helpful in helping me to figure out the issue or solution. This is our family's first electric bike and although riding it is definitely a fun experience, the Customer Support team that they have is definitely TOP NOTCH and have made us grateful that we purchased it from them.
