Everything was good, except we were missing a part. Called customer service and follow their instructions, we were expecting an email back in the time period we were told. That did not happen. The gentleman did apologize. We are still waiting for the part. We have not received any communication as to if the item shipped or a tracking number. I did reply to an email that stated our address was correct. We were missing the seat clamp.
