good stuff

i eat a heap of cabbage. raw and cooked. i had stopped getting white/green in favor of red/purple, cos i thought the latter had more nutrition. turns out they have DIFFERENT nutrition. so i will go back to getting one white and one red, alternating orders.

It kept for a month. I just made cole slaw with half and will boil the other half. when it is just me, I blend it with half a purple onion and 2 carrots, a cup of mayo, about 3 or 4 tablespoons of lemon juice, and a tablespoon of sugar. I put it in my food processor because I have dentures. Makes it easier to eat. Tastes like it came straight down from heaven.
