Saw these on several websites, but ended up purchasing thru Hayneedle b/c they're the only ones who would deliver to Hawaii. No other sites would ship to HI at any cost. Hayneedle didn'tt offer their usual free ship to HI, but at least they quoted via FedEx. I know this review is for the chairs and not Hayneedle, but I wanted to give kudos to Hayneedle for not treating HI like we're on the moon. Now, onto the chairs. Ordering sight unseen was a leap of faith. Happy to report that I love them. A few things tho: - color of the wicker is a little lighter than appears in the photos. Photos show a more ""yellow-ish"" wicker (similar to color of traditional oak hardwood floors). In reality, color is more of a whitewashed tan. Actually preferable for me but just FYI. - seat cushions are upholstered in an off-white, natural linen-like weave fabric. It's beautiful. - cushions are not screwed into the chair frame. They are held on tightly with velcro strips. I love that. Easy removal for cleaning or reupholstering. - cushions are very ... very, very firm. That's not to say that they're not comfortable, but realize these are not soft cushy chairs. - technically, each chair comes with its' own little wrench so you don't need any tools for assembly. It will work in a pinch, but the job will be much, much easier if you use a normal pair of slip jaw pliers. - be very, very careful unwrapping the pieces. The chairs are solidly made and well packed. They come in only three pieces: 4-leg base piece, top wicker piece & the seat cushion. The base & the wicker piece come wrapped well in bubble wrap and are bolted together with 4 bolts w/ washers. Bolts, washers & wrench come in a ziplock bag. Every single bag was split open and they were strewn about in the box. We came up 3 washers short (for 6 chairs), but any washer will do, so just made a quick trip to pick up replacements Overall - - - love, love, love.
