Can't live without!
Fiber Smart capsules are a very important part of my life. I ran out of these and I will never do that again. One thing for sure is, running out showed me what they did for me. Without getting too graphic, my digestion and regularity are perfect with the capsules. Without is a major problem!!
IBS Relief
I have been suffering with a major IBS Flair up for 12 days (my longest ever). My symptoms of Bloating, gas, cramping, feeling of incomplete bowel movements (not exactly constipation), which would send me to the bathroom perhaps 2-3 times. No joke, I received fiber smart capsules yesterday and took 4 and made sure I was drinking plenty of water throughout the day. Early evening I took 3 more and this morning I am happy to report complete evacuation and relief. This product did not cause any gas,bloating, etc for me .Fiber Smart has many ingredients in it that are healing for your digestive system and support your upper and lower intestines. I was happy to see it includes L-Glutamine that supports Gastro Intestinal health, may help with leaky gut and a bonus of supporting brain health. Slippery elm is great as it soothes the digestive tract and can possibly help with either constipation or diarrhea. Thank you Renew Life for getting me back on track...
Relieves painful (and trapped) gas!!
I used to suffer from very painful IBS trapped gas pains. The pain was so intense/debilitating that I almost called an ambulence a few times. I even went as far as to schedule a colonoscopy since the pain was so bad. Before the procedure, I had a friend who specializes in vitamins tell me that I should try Renew Fiber Smart. I took the recommended dosage of Fiber Smart and within 20 minutes my gas was gone!!! Needless to say, I didn't need to go through with an invasive procedure at such a young age. I now travel with Fiber Smart and I take two pills when I feel the pain start to come on. I am relieved that I don't have to suffer from something so easily fixable! These capsules also help with trapped stomach gas that causes chest pain/hiccups/etc. This stuff is saving grace to those who have some occasional (or chronic) IBS/gas symptoms!!
