ER25 Collet Set (R8 Shank)

ER collets have a wide gripping range (about .040 inch) and provide a fast, easy and accurate way of holding end mills, fly cutters, saw mandrels and drill bits in milling machine spindles. When used in a lathe, they hold stock more accurately and have a better grip than chucks, and thin-wall tubes can be gripped without distortion. They're quick to set up and can be used at high speed. Our ER25 collet set includes a precision ground shank and 'snap-in' collets with compression nut and spanner for easy tightening, plus custom molded case.

R8 shank fits MicroLux #84630 Mini Milling Machine, and other mini lathes and mills. (Check tool holder capacity and shank size before ordering.)
