reply from Customer Service

Dear Valued Customer, We're sorry the app management is hindering your experience with an otherwise good router. While we work to improve the app, remember you can often access full router settings via a web browser on your PC (usually by typing router.asus.com or your router's IP address). If you're still struggling with specific settings, please email customerloyalty@asus.com for direct guidance. Please copy a link to this post as a reference. Thank you for choosing ASUS! Best Regards, Adrian ASUS Customer Loyalty – US Support
